Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Any times or dates for delivery by Robert Piguet Parfums are estimates ONLY. In no event shall Robert Piguet Parfums be liable for any delay in delivery. Delay in delivery of any Goods shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to accept delivery thereof.
Flat Rate Standard Shipping is $10.50 within the Continental US. All orders over $75.00 receive free shipping. Regretfully, we cannot ship to Hawaii and Alaska
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, Robert Piguet Parfums will accept returns of any items purchased on this website within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Please note that new orders are subject to availability in stock.
Only products purchased through this website may be returned to us in accordance with this return policy. Robert Piguet products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.
Conditions for Refund:
Package(s) must be returned in its original condition, with original online order receipt. Returned package(s) must include the Customer Return Form in its entirety, we will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged. We do not accept returns on Samplers or Discovery Sets. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment. Robert Piguet Parfums reserves the right to refuse refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. A $10.50 return processing fee will be deducted from original order cost.

2. Properly package your return.
3. Robert Piguet Parfums recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post for tracking purposes and to ensure timely delivery. Robert Piguet Parfums will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
